black stiletto pumps Wearing a very short jeans skirt... my long, well formed legs are naked... and on my feet a pair of 5 inch high black stiletto pumps. I stand on a ladder in my garden... train my calves by I whip with my feet slowly up and down... stand tippy toes on the stair... pump my calves.... hold the tension.... show you my strained calves from different perspectives... sometimes with both feet... sometimes with one feet Then i make tiny small steps over the soil... walk despite the high heels on the tippy-toes... tries not to affect the soil... show you the perseverance of my calves. I bite sometimes the teeth violently together... so much hurts this exercise |
