painful calf training Wearing a very short skirt... a jeansjacket... my long legs are naked... and on my feet a pair of 5 inch high pink stiletto pumps. I make tiny small steps... walk despite the high heels on the tippy-toes... tries not to affect the soil... show you the perseverance of my calves... stand on one leg... on the tippy toes as long as I can bear it... change to the other leg ... show you my strained calves from different perspectives... bite sometimes the teeth violently together... so much hurts this exercise... but I do not diminish. Then i remove the shoes... walk on tippy-toes over the ice-cold soil... hold the tension in my calves... slip after a while again into my shoes... and make again some tiny small steps.Tthe result was a muscle ache which I felt violently for 3 days |
